Over twenty of those years were spent in management/operations roles that spanned from site foreman to business owner. Mike’s experience is with large commercial technology and electrical projects.

Being present during the birth of emerging technology, Mike was able to apply and coach this “new technology” to improve how people leverage, share and move information, providing a pathway with an optimized, end project result for all of the stakeholders.

When he is not at work, Mike is usually with his wife and their large extended family.

Lila Rossey

Certifications:

Cody Thornton

Mitigation Team Lead

Cody Thornton started at Accent Property Restoration in February of 2017. He is the Demo Team Supervisor and the Mitigation Team Lead. As Demo Team Supervisor, his responsibilities are to ensure that the demo team has the proper equipment needed, mark what needs to be demoed and assist with the demo.

As the Mitigation Team Lead, he runs the water damage mitigation. Cody takes the moisture reading to determine what the affected area is, what we need to do for proper mitigation and how much drying equipment needs to be placed. He discusses our mitigation plan with the homeowner and gets the proper paperwork signed depending on the insurance company. He also translates the information to the estimator along with a diagram of the rooms affected and the Mica report. Cody monitors the home until drying is completed and at that point, removes the equipment and gets the mitigation certificate of satisfaction signed.

In his spare time, Cody likes to watch movies and play games.

Samantha Dronso
